If you're not completely satisfied with your Sam Ash purchase, simply contact Sam Ash's outlet's customer service email address by mail.

*All tool-related items on this site can be returned unconditionally within 90 days of receipt.*

 

Most new, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with receipt within 90 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. If your purchase was made with a Sam Ash's Commercial Account (LCA), Sam Ash's Business Advantage (LBA), Sam Ash's Advantage Card (LAC), Sam Ash's Business Rewards (LBR), or Sam Ash's PreLoad Plus Mastercard® you have 365 days from the date of purchase to return the product, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. All returns are subject to system approvals.   

 

Exceptions: 
Major Appliances returned in original, unopened, undamaged, factory-sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Purchases made with Sam Ash's Commercial Account (LCA), Sam Ash's Business Advantage (LBA), Sam Ash's Advantage Card (LAC), Sam Ash's Business Rewards (LBR),Sam Ash's PreLoad Plus Mastercard®, Sam Ash's Lease to Own (LTO) may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

 

30-Day Return Policy

TVs and Electronics

Outdoor Power Equipment

(Excludes CRAFTSMAN and BLACK+DECKER branded corded and cordless outdoor power equipment items, which have a 90-day return policy.)

Mowers, chainsaws, generators, pressure washers, trimmers, blowers, snow throwers, log splitters, wood chippers, hedge trimmers, edgers, tillers, earth augers and brush cutters must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product and must be unused and in original, unopened, undamaged, factory-sealed packaging.

 

Water Heaters
Air Conditioners (Portable and Window Units)
Liquid Paint
Highway Trailers
Also, must be returned to a Sam Ash's store in the original state of purchase with original paperwork including title (if applicable).

 

Holiday Items

Must be returned on or before the day of the holiday (e.g., Christmas). Items purchased after the holiday are final sales, and no returns will be accepted.

 

Nonrefundable Items
Delivery and/or shipping charges (unless due to Sam Ash's error)
Masks: Safety masks or facial coverings of any kind are no longer accepted for return or exchange.
